Into The Eve

The Into The Eve mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Into The Eve (“Into The Eve”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Into The Eve’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Into The Eve through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Into The Eve. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to IntoTheEve or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Into The Eve mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Yes, we have Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR) for all of our products and follow all UK, USA, Australian, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland guidelines.

ALL of our products are made with gentle ingredients and are made for customers with sensitive skin!

In terms of soap bars, most commercial 'soaps' are usually detergents which can dry out and irritate your skin. Our soaps are handmade from scratch with my own formulated recipe. We use the cold process method. The oils selected will moisturise and nourish your skin all you have to do is pick your scent.

We have so many customers with eczema and psoriasis who use our products daily, a lot have even said it's helped to calm down their skin.

I always recommend checking the ingredients before buying and if it's your first time ordering and you're not sure if it's worth the hype: try our Naked Collection; these products are colour and fragrance free.

Give them a go and if you love it you can come back and try other colours and fragrances if you fancy.

For our soap bars we recommend using them within 6 months as the scents and colours will fade slowly over time.

None of our products have expiry dates and will generally last a few years unopened but we do have to advise that all of our products be used within 12 months of opening as long as they are stored in their recommended conditions.

Our salt soaps contain a lot of salt, this makes them last a really long time, they also have the thickest lather.

Our normal soaps don't last quite so long but they're incredibly moisturising and have cool designs. 

Our milk soaps are the most hydrating and moisturising but again are softer than salt soaps.

We recommend using the normal and milk soaps as a gentle handwash and a salt soap as a body wash. They can all be used as either handwash or body wash but this is just what I suggest to make your bars last as long as possible.

This depends on how you store the soap and how often it’s used. We recommend that you use a soap dish with sufficient drainage and keep the soap away from running water. The KEY to making your bar last a really long time is to allow it to dry completely between each use. You can crack open a window or even put on a little bit of kitchen roll on the radiator. If you're still finding that the bars still don't get chance to dry fully, change your soaps over every week or so. Put that soap to the side, get a new bar out and just keep rotating between bars. You can also cut your bar in half, just don't do this with the salt soaps as they may crumble. If you have a busy household and your sinks are in constant use, I would say to use our salt soaps as these will last a lot longer than the normal soaps.

This is hard to answer as it depends on how often you use the products and how much you use.

Just remember that with most of our products, you really don’t need a lot! Start with less and add more if you feel it’s necessary.

Product swirls can often misshapen in transit, they’re still perfectly great to use! After all, it’s about what’s on the inside that counts!

We currently ship to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and the US. We are unable to ship to other countries at this time due to different legal requirements for each country.

A remote area code may be charged for some addresses.

It is your responsibility to inform us of your postal address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address after purchase please email us straight away so I can update the shipping label if possible.

Yes, all orders will receive a tracking number and this will be emailed to you once posted. You can also get this by creating an account and viewing your order history on our website.

We pack and ship orders within 2 working days.

If you are in the UK we offer shipping methods with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and DHL. Shipping times vary between 1-7 working days from dispatch. 

For USA customers, shipping with DHL is express, it takes 1-3 working days from dispatch.

For other international orders, delivery times vary but all orders are shipped within 2 working days and you will receive a tracking number via email.
