AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CAREFULLY. WHEN USING ‘INTO THE EVE’ TO PURCHASE AND ORDER
PRODUCTS YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT AND OF THE WEBSITE

PRIVACY POLICIES POWERED BY SHOPIFY.

1. Definitions
For the purposes of this document the following statements and words have the
following meanings.
1.1 ‘Buyer’ ‘Consumer’ means the organisation or person who buys goods from the
seller.
1.2 ‘Goods’ are the products which are supplied to the Buyer from the Seller.
1.3 ‘Price List’ means the list of prices of the products advertised by the Seller which are
subject to be amended at times.
1.4 ‘User’ means anyone who uses Into the Eve’s website.

2. General
2.1 The Terms and Conditions set out in this document are binding from effect of
purchase. These Terms and Conditions will apply to all contracts for the sale of goods
between Into the Eve and the buyer unless any other dealings outside of the contract
have been agreed in writing between Into the Eve and the buyer.
2.2 Any variation to these terms and conditions (including any separate special terms
and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in
writing by Into the Eve.
2.3 By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you the buyer are stating that you are at
least the appropriate age in your country of residence, or that you have given Into the
Eve the buyers consent to allow any of the buyer’s minor dependents to use this site.

2.4 The buyer may not use Into the Eve goods for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
nor may you, the buyer, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction
(including but not limited to copyright laws).
2.5 The user of Into the Eve’s website or buyer must not transmit any type of virus
variation or any code of a debilitating nature which would compromise Into the Eve’s
website or other customers use.
2.6 A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of
services provided by Into the Eve.
2.7 Into the Eve reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any
time.
2.8 The buyer acknowledges that their content (not including credit/debit card
information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve
(2.8.1) transmissions over various networks due to Shopify’s privacy policies; and
(2.8.2) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks
or devices. For the buyer’s online safety credit/debit card information is always
encrypted during transfer over networks.
2.9 The buyer agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of
Into the Eve’s Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service at any point within
the website through which the service is provided, without express written agreement
with Into the Eve.
2.10 The buyer/user understands that Into the Eve reserves the right to cancel and
terminate the following but not limited to, any order, payment, delivery, subscription,
account or comment made through the website and services provided.
2.11 The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will
not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

3. Price and Payment
3.1 The prices of all goods shall be outlined in Into the Eve’s current price list via explicit
advertising, including any special sale offers and bundle prices. The prices are
inclusive of VAT or any other applicable costs.
3.2 Payment of the cost of goods including any VAT or applicable charges are due
effective immediately at time of purchase.
3.3 Into the Eve is entitled to change the costs of goods and services at any time.
3.4 Into the Eve offers subscription plans that can be opted out of in writing
through the website.

3.5 Postage payment is the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at the
checkout and included in the final sale price.
3.6 Postage payment is Into the Eve’s responsibility if the ‘United Kingdom’ buyer
spends £50 or more on goods, this price is subject to change.
3.7 Into the Eve offers an exclusive deal of spending £30 or more to receive a free soap
pouch or min product, this price is subject to change.

4. Returns, Exchange, and Refunds
4.1 There will be strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds given by Into the Eve to the
buyer. All sales of goods are final.
4.2 Into the Eve will strive to help solve any issues the buyer may have with their order
by contacting the relevant email address (info@intotheeve.co.uk).
4.3 Into the Eve will tailor the response to any order issues and provide solutions how
Into the Eve deems fit and what one buyer/user may receive as a solution another may
not.
4.4 Into the Eve offers soap scraps with a refill bag, mystery bundles
and bundle deals of mixed soaps that the buyer can choose. These provide a wide
range of different goods which allows the buyer to sample different products. This
purchase type enables the buyer to make informed repeat purchases which cancels out the need for returns, exchanges and refunds as they are at a discounted price.

5. Postage
5.1 Into the Eve will not be held responsible or liable for the goods once posted.
5.2 Into the Eve has no control and will not be held liable for the length of time goods
take to be received when posted or if postage goes missing.
5.3 Into the Eve will not be held responsible or liable for the condition the goods arrive.
Every care and consideration will be taken to ensure that goods are packaged
appropriately but when in carriage by the courier any damage queries should be
directed to the specific courier.
5.4 Postage prices are set by the courier exclusively and not by Into the Eve and will be
calculated upon checkout to final price.
5.5 When goods are purchased by the buyer, Into the Eve will be posted within three
days of the order and an email with the tracking reference will be provided to the email
address the buyer has provided. (Subject to delays out of Into the Eve’s control)

5.6 The buyer will have full responsibility for providing the correct delivery address and
details. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, Into the Eve will strive to solve this
issue but the buyer needs to make Into the Eve aware as soon as the purchase has
taken place.
5.7 Postage times and prices may vary dependent upon the country that delivery has
been inputted.
5.8 Into the Eve currently posts to United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New
Zealand and the United States of America.
5.9 Into the Eve does not deliver to countries within the European Union or Canada.

6. Personal Information
6.1 Any personal information and data that the buyer/user may enter is accepting the
Privacy Policy set in place by Shopify. Information on the Privacy Policy can be found
on their website by visiting, (https://www.shopify.co.uk/legal/privacy/customers).
6.1 Into the Eve has a newsletter subscription which entails inputting the buyer/users
first name and email address, this will not be shared with third parties and your data will not be sold to third parties through Into the Eve’s services. The information the
buyer/user inputs will be solely used for the purpose of providing the newsletter with
product details and updates in which can be opted out of at any time.
6.3 Into the Eve provides a rewards option which allows the buyer/user to create a
store account which can be done through sharing the email address the buyer/user
inputs including but not limited to, Facebook, Google, Amazon and manually inputting
other email accounts. Buyer/User information such as email, first name and last name
are required for this set up and the buyer/user understands and agrees to this.
6.4 Into the Eve enables a product subscription and any personal information input
through this method of purchase will be in line with Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

7. Governed by Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions and any other respective agreements where Into the
Eve provides the buyer/user Services shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
7.2 These Terms and Conditions are in line with the following laws but not limited to,
within the United Kingdom and more information can be provided within the legislations,
(7.2.1) The Consumer Rights Act 2015
(7.2.2) The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1994 as amended

8. Disclaimer – Liability Limitations
8.1 Into the Eve does not guarantee that the buyer/users use of services will be without
error, secure, timely and disruption free.
8.2 The buyer/user when using services agrees to do so at their own risk.
8.3 The buyer/user understands that the goods contain natural ingredients in which
each product will have an ingredient list for and it is their responsibility to check in case
of any allergies or skin conditions. Any ingredient uncertainty should be emailed to
(info@intotheeve.co.uk) and health professional (GP) should be made aware for any
concerns before purchasing.
8.4 Into the Eve uses different packaging for different products such as glass jars for
body scrubs. Safety instructions and precautions come along with the products. The
consumer understands that Into the Eve cannot be held liable for any injury if one arises
through the use of these products. The consumer understands that they do so at their
own risk and that it must be handled very carefully as they will used around shower and
bath area where surfaces may be extra slippy.
8.5 Into the Eve, any affiliations and the drafter will not be liable for any injury, loss,
claim, or damages of any sort such as but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental,
punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind including, without limitation to
lost profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether
based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, which arises
from the buyers/users use of any of the service or any products obtained using the
service, or for any other claim related in any way to the buyers/users use of Into the
Eve’s service or our products, including, and not limited to, any errors or omissions in
any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred because of the use of the
service or any content (or product) posted, transferred, or otherwise made acquirable
via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
8.6 Some jurisdictions/countries do not allow the full exclusion or the limitation of liability
for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, Into the Eve’s
liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the country’s law.
8.7 Into the Eve, affiliations and drafter may have grammatical and typo errors within
their services regarding price, offers and other related content. Into the Eve reserves the
right to amend these at any time and will not be liable for these inaccuracies.
8.8 While Into the Eve aims to fulfil a high standard of consumer and good satisfaction,
the buyer/user understands that this is not a guarantee nor promise and will not be held
responsible for fulfilling customer expectations and user enjoyment.
